Q: Do you ship to the US?
Yes. We ship to the United States from Australia.

Express shipping (DHL): $55 AUD, 2–5 business days.
Free standard shipping on US orders over $350 AUD.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch. Customs duties or import taxes, if applicable, are the customer's responsibility.

Q: What's your return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items need to be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, in their original packaging. Sale items and gift cards can't be returned.

To start a return, email info@ohlaactive.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll send return instructions from there. Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days once your return is received and approved. We don't offer direct exchanges — return the original piece and place a new order for the size or style you'd like instead.

Q: What size should I order?
Our sizing runs XS–XL, mapped to AU/UK 6–14, US 2–10, and EU 32/34–42. Full measurements are on our Size Guide page.

For loungewear: choose your usual size for a relaxed fit, size down for something closer to the body, or size up if you like an oversized, cosy feel.

Q: How do I care for my OHLA ACTIVE pieces?
Machine wash cold (30°C) with similar colours, using a mild detergent. No bleach, no tumble drying, no dry cleaning. Line dry in shade or lay flat.

Cotton pieces can be warm ironed (max 150°C). Bamboo pieces can be steamed or cool ironed if needed — keep them away from rough surfaces to avoid pilling. Activewear shouldn't be ironed directly. Simple care, longer life.

Q: Is OHLA ACTIVE non-toxic?
We use the term Low-Tox, and we mean something specific by it. Our bamboo viscose and activewear fabrics are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 tested. Our organic cotton is OCS-certified. Our Cotton is OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 tested. Our recycled nylon is REPREVE®, GRS-certified, OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 tested and independently tested with PFAS not detected.

No brand can honestly claim to be "non-toxic" in an absolute sense - that's not how fabric or manufacturing works. What we can tell you is exactly what's been tested, and by which standard. That's the promise behind Trust What You Wear.

Q: What does OEKO-TEX® certified mean?
OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 is an independent test on the finished fabric, checking for harmful substances against strict limits. When we say a fabric is OEKO-TEX® certified, that's what it means - that specific fabric has been tested and passed. It doesn't cover organic content or how the garment was made; we tell you about those separately, fabric by fabric, on our Certifications page.

Organic cotton: OCS (Organic Content Standard) certified.
Recycled nylon: REPREVE®, Global Recycled Standard (GRS) certified.
