Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your OHLA pieces. If you change your mind, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition
• With tags attached
• Returned with proof of purchase

To start a return or exchange, please email info@ohlaactive.com with your order number.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
• We recommend using a tracked service for all returns.
• Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact info@ohlaactive.com within 7 days of delivery, and we'll make it right as quickly as possible.
