We want you to feel confident ordering from OHLA ACTIVE®.
If something isn’t quite right, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unworn and unwashed
• Tags must still be attached
• The item must be in original condition
• The return must be requested within 14 days of delivery
Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or returned without tags cannot be accepted for hygiene and quality reasons.
How to request a return
Please email info@ohlaactive.com with:
• your order number
• the item you wish to return
• the reason for the return
We will reply with return instructions.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund after approval.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your original item and place a new order.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
OHLA ACTIVE® reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
