All orders are carefully packed in plastic-free Mailers Kraft, 100% compostable, biodegradable, and eco-certified. Shipped with trusted delivery partners.

International
We currently ship worldwide using DHL Express.
Delivery times vary between 5–10 business days depending on your location.

Please note: international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local authorities.
South America: unfortunately, we cannot offer shipping to South America at this time due to extremely high courier costs.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking details.
During new collection launches or busy periods, processing times may take slightly longer.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your OHLA pieces.
If you change your mind, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided items are:

Faulty or Incorrect Items
