Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays(Some exceptions).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. OHLA ACTIVE® is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your OHLA pieces.
If you change your mind, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided items are:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags and packaging intact

  • Proof of purchase included

To start a return or exchange, please email info@ohlaactive.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

  • We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your parcel arrives safely.

  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.



Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the rare case you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact info@ohlaactive.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right immediately.
