Processing & Delivery

Processing times: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping addresses: Please provide a valid residential address at checkout. We do not ship to PO Boxes. OHLA ACTIVE is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
