A conscious brand
OHLA ACTIVE® exists to make ethically made, sustainable athleisure wear the standard for how people move — supporting physical and mental wellbeing without compromising the planet or the people who make our clothes.
OHLA ACTIVE was created from a personal journey shaped by movement, wellbeing, and a deep awareness of the environmental impact of fashion.
Being from Chile and witnessing one of the largest textile landfills in the world in the Atacama Desert, I became aware that clothing should not end up as waste. This experience shaped my belief that fashion must move away from fast consumption and disposable culture.
Our purpose is to create timeless, minimal activewear that reduces overconsumption and encourages more conscious choices — in the materials we use, how our clothes are made, and how they’re packaged.
Our fabrics are chosen with intention: OCS-certified organic cotton, OEKO-TEX®-certified bamboo viscose, and recycled REPREVE® nylon made from post-industrial yarn waste. We’re transitioning into Lenzing™ EcoVero™ rayon for our next collection as we continue moving toward more sustainable fibres. Our packaging is recycled and compostable, supplied by Australian partners Hero Packaging and Heaps Good Packaging.
We manufacture with a Bali-based partner chosen specifically for their ethical labour practices — including wages well above the local average, full health insurance extended to workers’ families, and a standing monthly contribution to a local community program supporting mothers and children with healthcare, education, and safe housing.
OHLA ACTIVE exists for women who want comfort, simplicity, and clothing that aligns with a more conscious and intentional way of living — for themselves, the people who make their clothes, and the planet they share.
